There are no direct flights between Ireland and Brazil, but many carriers travel the transatlantic route between Europe and Brazil.

Flights to and from Europe are available via London, Paris, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Madrid etc. In Brazil most airlines, whether European or Brazilian, fly into Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.  However there are also flights to Belo Horizonte, Fortaleza, Recife, Salvador and Natal. In 2008 TAP started a direct flight between Lisbon and Brasilia which now goes several days a week. Although less direct, travel via the USA is also possible.
